The founder of the law firm, Nikolaos Stylianou Kallidonis, graduated from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2007. In 2011 he attended and graduated with honors from the Postgraduate Program. (Substantive and Procedural Criminal Law) of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He continued his studies in the Postgraduate Program of the First Private Sector (Civil Law) of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and graduated in 2012 with honors. In 2006 he won a Performance Award for undergraduate students by the Greek State Scholarship Foundation, while in 2009-2010 he was a scholarship holder for postgraduate studies at the Papadakis Foundation.

He has been practicing law since 2008, having handled a wide variety of cases and having gained significant experience in banking, commercial, criminal and civil law, as well as in matters of application of Law 3869/2010 on over-indebted households. In addition to his judicial experience, he represents out of court by providing legal advice for the negotiation, conclusion and execution of complex contracts and transactions. He regularly participates in legal conferences, attending legal news and the latest legal developments, while speaking English, Spanish and German.
